Title: Nature's Weird and Wonderful
Description:

Elementary and middle school teachers will explore plant and animal interdependence, adaptations and natural nutrient cycling using the life science grade level indicators of diversity and interdependence and explore ways to use nature to enhance student learning. Activities align with the state standards.

Although the workshop is designed for upper elementary and middle school teachers, all are welcome to attend.
Participants may register at the workshop for graduate credit through Ashland University for $163. Workshop fee of $50 is nonrefundable after July 14, 2008.
Workshop will be held at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park on both days.
Ending time on Tuesday will be 4:15 p.m. On Wednesday, it will be 5 p.m.
Space is limited and will not be reserved without payment of the $50 Workshop Fee.
